Returns & Refunds
Every stone is made to order for the customer who ordered it, so we do not accept returns and do not offer refunds.
If something about your order is not right, contact us before anything else. We would much rather hear about a problem and work it out than have you sit on equipment you are unhappy with.
Lost in Transit
If a shipment is verified as lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace it. Get in touch and we will open the claim and start the replacement.
Local Pickup
Pickup is free and happens at the gym, 8168 Monticello Terrace in Shawnee, KS. It is the cheapest way to buy stones, and a good number of our customers drive a long way to do it rather than pay freight.
For an oversized stone we cannot easily move to the gym, we will reach out and arrange collection with you directly.
Shipping & Freight
Stones and other heavy items ship by LTL freight, and freight is never built into the listed price. You tell us where it is going and we quote the actual cost to your address, so you can compare it against driving out to collect.
- Stones and heavy items. Request a quote through the shop. We price the freight, then send a Square invoice with the stone and the shipping listed separately.
- Merch. Shirts and caps ship in poly mailers for $9 flat per order — one charge however many you buy — or free if you collect at the gym. You choose which at checkout and the total updates.
Custom Orders
Listed stone prices cover a single-color premium finish, before tax and freight. If you want something specific — a particular color, a stenciled number, a size that is not listed — mention it in your request and we will quote it.
We will confirm your build slot when we send your invoice, so you know where you stand before you pay anything.
